• Prepare architectural and structural planning for the education building
• Design a curriculum that blends modern education with Islamic values
• Begin documentation and legal processes for school registration
• Recruit trained, qualified, and value-based educators
• Build initial classrooms and learning infrastructure
• Develop scholarship and financial support programs for students
• Set up digital systems for attendance, progress tracking, and learning
• Create training modules for teachers and staff development
